While struggling to overcome a serious case of depression, Lorri was led to the group Al-Anon that helps friends and families of addicts work the 12 steps and learn to live with the realities of life. While questioning the advisability of trying a new way of living, Lorri asked herself what did Jesus do. Did He take care of himself? The scriptures taught me that He did take care of himself while truly helping others.

 

Lorri is married to her sweetheart, Steven. They are the parents of three adult children. Steven and Lorri live in Utah and enjoy hiking in the Utah wilderness with their dog Wiley.
